At BluLight, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is defective and approved for return or exchange.
Defective cartridges and disposables may be eligible for return or exchange within 60 days of purchase. Original packaging and receipt are required.
We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, including flavor, aroma, effects, potency, or overall product experience.
If the same product is available, we may offer an exchange. If an exchange is not available, approved refunds will be issued as store credit only. Cash refunds are not provided.
All return and exchange requests are reviewed case by case and are subject to management approval.
